Field Supervisor

Must have an Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent and five (5) years’ experience of which one (1) is on supervisory level experience in janitorial and in management of general services operation. Alternatively, the Field Supervisor shall have a high school diploma with ten (10) years’ experience of which two (2) years in on supervisory level to guide the activities of the employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all the WORK defined in this Contract. Must be able to fluently speak, read and write the English language and the language common to the personnel he is supervising. Also he shall have an ability to deal with the patrons tactfully. Must guide and supervise the activities of CONTRACTOR’s employees and shall ensure that SAUDI ARAMCO’s WORK specifications and standards are met.
